US Shipping:

Partbuyus ships to US addresses within the continental 48 states.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box addresses is available for select parts only. Please contact us through eBay messaging for details and shipping rates. 

We are located at Trenton, NJ and local pick-up at our facilities is available. Please contact us prior to your purchase to arrange local pick-up. 

We can ship freight items only to a commercial address via freight shipping companies. Freight shipping firms have surcharges for residential delivery. Due to additional fees tacked on by the freight companies for delivery to a residential address there will be a residential delivery surcharge and lift gate fee. If buyers want us to ship to a residential address, they must pay residential delivery fee and lift gate fee.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.

We don't ship on weekends.

International Shipping:

We can ship Internationally. Please contact us with your city, country and postal code for a shipping quote.

All international shipments must be aware they responsible for any customs or duty taxes required in their country.

Free Shipping and Shipping Price:

Free Shipping or quoted shipping price is for only for the Continental United States (does not include, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories). Please contact us for a quote. For most small items, we can ship for nearly the same price as the Continental United States.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If the item we sent you is not as described or it is defective, please let us know and we will refund or exchange the item. If the item is non-defective, but you wish to return it for another reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We ask that you please inform within 30 days of receiving the item. The customer is responsible to confirm compatibility.  We also ask that you look at the item description, year, make and model of our vehicle, and the photos before purchase. Returned items must be in original condition as received in order to receive a refund. For items with Free Shipping, the original shipping cost incurred will be deducted. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for labor costs and are not able to accept returns on International shipments.

All Used Auto Parts are sold As Is with No Warranty. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us if there are any problems before signing for the package. Customer accepts all liabilities and risks by purchasing these items and acknowledges that Nurburgring Auto Parts have stated that said parts are used and sold as is. Purchase of this item is an agreement not to hold Nurburgring Auto Parts as a company or any of its employees liable for any circumstances or costs that may arise from using any of these parts.
Attention

Engines: Engines will be drained of oil prior to shipping. Please ensure you refill the oil prior to starting up. We recommend that you replace your timing belt/chain and water pump while the engine is out. If the engine is a higher mileage engine, we also recommend replacing the head gasket as well.

Transmissions: Transmissions will be drained of oil prior to shipping. Please ensure you refill the oil prior to starting up.

Differentials: Differentials will be drained of oil prior to shipping. Please ensure you refill the oil prior to starting up.

Instrument Clusters: Most modern cars have immobilizers built into the instrument clusters. You will need to have your new cluster reprogrammed by your local dealer or most automotive mechanic shops with the proper tools.

Radio Code: Unless specified, we do not have the radio codes for the stereo. You can get the code from your local dealer with the proof of purchase and the serial number off the radio.

Air Bags: Air Bags are considered Hazardous Materials so will need to be shipped via USPS Ground.

Seat Belts: Seat Belts with C02 pretensioners are considered Hazardous Materials so will need to be shipped via USPS Ground.

Wheels & Tires: Unless specified, tires are included free of charge. We do not guarantee the tire tread or condition
